We recently had a brand new central heating system installed by D.R Heating Solutions Ltd as part of our major home renovation works, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the very start, Richard was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the design of the system, making sure everything was tailored to our home and needs. His advice and attention to detail gave us real confidence in the whole process.

Hayden, one of the installation team members was excellent throughout. His workmanship is extremely neat and professional, and it’s clear he really knows his trade inside out. It’s not often you see such care taken in keeping everything tidy while delivering high-quality work.

Dillon, was also a pleasure to have around—very polite, hardworking, and always willing to help.

The installation team catered to all my design needs and assisted by providing further advice and guidance where required.

Absolutely fantastic service from Richard and his team from start to finish. Works included installing a new combi boiler, all new pipework, and radiators throughout the house, and also removing the old boiler. Everything was completed to a really high standard with clear communication throughout the process. DR Heating demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. Richard was extremely efficient in resolving my leaking issue. He was also patience in clearly explaining the repair process and the work required. They were punctual and consistently arrived on time as promised.

I had a problem with my old boiler and upon inspection by Richard, a new one was required. Richard very promptly provided an estimate and managed to move things around to accommodate fitting the new boiler. He and his Apprentice arrived promptly and worked late into the afternoon to complete the job. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, cost-effective, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

We recently had underfloor heating installed throughout the entire downstairs of our home by Rich, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was highly experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. Being Gas Safe registered gave us real peace of mind, and he took the time to explain every step of the process so we always felt informed.

Rich and his local team were reliable, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to have in the house. They turned up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy throughout the job. We also found their pricing very competitive compared to other quotes we received.

What really stood out was the level of reassurance—fully insured and all work guaranteed—so we knew we were in safe hands. It’s also great to know they offer emergency call-outs if anything ever goes wrong in the future.

I was introduced to DR Heating Solutions via recommendation. I had major boiler issues and have no idea about these things so needed expert help. Richard and his team were absolute first class from start to finish. Everything was explained fully to me and every possible option and solution was provided. I can’t speak highly enough of the work, care and attitude of Richard and his crew. I’m now sitting with an excellent brand new boiler system, better than I ever could have dreamed of. I’m not one for reviews usually but I felt compelled to this time, such was the level of service across the board. DR Heating Solutions are highly, highly rated and with good reason. Rich and Hayden were excellent and we would highly recommend DR Heating Solutions for any one looking for plumbing work to be carried out.

We were put in touch with Rich by our carpenter when we needed some plumbing bits completed on our kitchen renovation. They were friendly and had excellent communication and managed to get to our job quickly without any bother. Whilst they were doing the kitchen plumbing we asked them to change a radiator in the downstairs loo which were they also more than happy to add to the job.

Both guys were tidy throughout and we wouldn’t hesitate to use for any future jobs. Thank you.

Always use DR Heating for plumbing and maintenance, recently had them fot 2 bathrooms and nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always give the best advice.
